The logo for Demo Tennis Club appears in the top right corner, in your site your own club's logo would appear . Contact details for the club appear to the left of the logo. Clicking on either of these images would return users to your club's existing website.
The Demo Database
We have set up a database of fictitious members for Demo Tennis Club. This database includes members serving on The Committee, Adult Members, Child Members and Former Members of the club (whose subscriptions have expired). One member has been set up as the Honorary Secretary and one as the Honorary Treasurer. These are special roles within the club that are required for all clubs using The Clubhouse. Members with different roles have different levels of access to the site.
How Would My Club's Site Look?
In your site, this front page would not appear. If you have an existing website, your users would click on a link and be taken straight to the Login Page or the Registration Page. If you do not currently have a website, you would have a front page with an introduction to your club and links to the Login Page and Registration Page. Rest assured that any club-specific information would always appear with your club's details. This flexibility even extends to the name of site - e.g. you could choose to call it The Locker Room instead of The Clubhouse. The basic site fonts and colours can also be changed, the Demo scheme mainly uses the Arial type-face with a teal, turquiose and white colour-scheme, but you would be able to specify your own scheme to suit your club's image.

Make use of the features available. Throughout the site you will find Help links, normally in the top right-hand corner of the page. Click on these links for more information and help on the feature you are browsing.

Logging-In
All details held on this demo database are entirely fictitious.
We have set up some special users to demonstrate the different levels of access that would be available to users of your site. The table below gives you the usernames and passwords so you can login as if you were these users.
Alternatively, you may register
yourself (please use fictitious data) by clicking on "Click to Register". Though, as your membership will not be confirmed, you would only have limited access to the demo site.
At any point you can select Logout from the Welcome Page Menu to return to this page and login as a different user.

Security
A real version of The Clubhouse would use a SSL security certificate to ensure all personal data is protected. This demo version does not use SSL becuase all the data is fictitious.
