Member Personal Details

The personal details collected during the registration process can be updated at any time by the member.

My Personal Details

Find My Personal Details on the Your Details & Settings panel of the Welcome Page Menu. Here you will find links to update your:

  • Name

  • Address & Home Phone

  • Other Phone, Email & Personal Details, or

  • Family Group

On each of these pages you can edit your details then opt to Save Changes or Cancel and return to the Welcome Page Menu.


There is an option to share each of the contact details in the Member Directory. The Member Directory is only available to fully paid-up members who have logged in with a secure username and password. If no personal details have been shared by the member then only the Name, Membership Category, Year of Membership and Gender will be visible to other members. All contact details will be marked as 'hidden'. The only exception to this is that organization staff or officials will have unhidden access to the Member Directory. If a member has not shared any of his contact details he will be notified by a message on the Welcome Page when he logs in. Members are encouraged to share their contact details with other members as this makes communication much easier and relieves the burden on organization staff. An example of when sharing is particularly important is for a sports club when a tournament is in progress. If matches are to be arranged, it is very helpful if all participants have shared their contact details. A member can share, hide or remove contact details at any time.

Email Distribution Lists

The personal details page also has the option to opt-out of the organization's email distribution lists. These lists can be created by staff or officials and can be based on a number of criteria such as membership category, gender etc. These lists will only be used for the organization's purposes and not passed on to third parties. Any member who has checked the "Do Not Email" box will not be included in distribution lists but will still receive emails specifically sent to them. All email distribution lists are live and created at run-time so if a member un-checks the box he will automatically be included in the email lists from then onwards.
