This module allows you to create your own embedded club shop which you can use to sell anything. It supports the sale of physical and virtual (documents) items, allows you to track stock levels and sell items with multiple variants (e.g. by size and colour). You can offer multiple shipping options and it also supports multiple vendors. You can control who is allowed to view and purchase what products and can highlight promoted products and discounts.
This module allows your members to make bookings for certain assets at certain times. Bookable assets can be anything: tennis courts, bowling rinks, cricket nets, function rooms, coaches, equipment etc. You can define exactly when each asset is available and how that time is divided into bookable slots. You can set rules to limit when and how many bookings can be made and you can black-out times when certain assets are unavailable. You can even have multiple separate booking systems with separate owners and entitlement setups.
The web page designer allows you to add your own content pages to your myClubhouse site. There is a fully WYSIWYG editor which allows you to easily embed images and video. You can control who is allowed to access each section of your site - so you could have a committee-only area, a members-only area and a public area. You can even target content at very specific sub-sections of your membership. It has a collaborative draft and publish workflow which allows administrators to work on pages together before publication onto the site.
Create any number of blog/news feeds, integrated into your myClubhouse site. Fully WYSIWYG editor allowing you to embed content and attachments into your blog posts. myClubhouse's entitlement system allows you to control who is allowed to create blogs and who is able to view and comment on posts.
Create any number of fully-featured discussion forum spaces. Each space supports multiple forums and sub-forums and you can control who is allowed to view, contribute-to and administer forums. There is moderation support, allowing administrators to quickly hide/remove posts which break forum rules. There is support for embedded content such as images, videos and attachments and the system tracks how far you have read up to in each forum, allowing you to quickly find new content.
Both Forums and Blogs are integrated into our site-wide search facility making it easy to find posts.
You can think of tokens like loyalty points. Each user maintains a balance of tokens. Tokens can be gifted to members in return for membership subscriptions or event sign-ups; or they can be sold in the shop (this requires the Club Shop module). Members can spend tokens on event sign-ups or in the shop. Alternatively, you can assign a monetary value to tokens and members can use them to offset any purchase in their basket. Some clubs use this feature to reward volunteers for their efforts. Others use it as a pre-pay system which reduces their reliance on cash. And, if you don't like the term "token", that's fine - you can use whatever term you like.
The Certifications Module allows you to process, track and record certifications applied for by your members. You can define any number of different certifications. Members then apply, supplying supporting documentation. Administrators evaluate applications and approve, reject or request further information. Approved requests can have start and expiry dates. If used in conjunction with the Equestrian add-on, certifications can also be recorded against horses.
This module is particularly aimed at car and motorcycle clubs; especially where members bring vehicles to events. Members can enter the full details of their vehicles and assign named drivers to them. Each event can support the sign-up of vehicles and drivers. Custom fields can be added to vehicle information and this can vary by vehicle type.
This module is particularly aimed at clubs focused on horse riding activities; especially Endurance Horse Riding. Members can enter the full details of their horses and assign riders to them. Each event can support the sign-up of horses and riders. You can upload ride results and analyse them to calculate awards. Horses can have their own membership categories and subscriptions.
This is an extremely powerful feature not, as far as we know(!), found in any other similar system. It allows you to arbitrarily divide up your membership, along whatever lines you like, and then create roles and permissions that apply only to individual subsets. So, for example, you could set it up so that Tennis Section administrators can only see the details of Tennis Section members. You can define as many subsets as you like and they can overlap.
Site Analytics gives you the opportunity to add a Google Analytics Tracking ID and a Facebook Pixel Code to your myClubhouse site. Both of these are highly valuable tools in analysing and marketing to your site visitors. Not only do they provide insights into your customers' online behaviour, they also allow you to target advertising and accurately measure results through Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms. In addition, the Facebook Pixel records events on your site such as Registration Completed, Add to Basket and Purchase Completed which can be fed back into your marketing campaigns to measure conversions and return on investment.
We are committed to keeping myClubhouse affordable for clubs of all sizes and making sure that there are no unwelcome jumps in cost as you grow. This is why we charge on a per-member basis. However, it doesn't end there: we use our own sophisticated algorithm that ensures that member levels are counted fairly. Some people in the database will only be counted as fractions of a member or, in some cases, not counted at all. For example, people who only joined for a short trial or have been members for just part of the year; members who have been gifted free membership; people who were members in the past but are no longer. Each club's membership model is unique - contact us to discuss yours and we'll come up with a counting system which is fair to all parties.
Each year, your myClubhouse subscription is calculated based on your previous year's member count. For your first year with us, we are happy to go with your estimate of membership numbers. Each year we will supply you with a detailed breakdown of how we calculated your member count so that there is complete transparency.
You have a number of options with respect to URL (the address you type into the browser to access your site) you use to access your myClubhouse site.
The simplest option is to use one of our domains, at no extra cost. You can choose to have a sub-directory; for example:

Note that, when using your domain, there will be an extra charge to cover the cost of the SSL certificate. The certificate is required to ensure that all communications with myClubhouse are encrypted and secure. You must purchase your certificate through us, as the price also includes installation by us, which must be done at least every two years.
