90 minute faster paced (20+mph) group ride in the dark. Lights and mudguards are essential.
1 mile off road loops through the wooded area at the Tadcaster Road end of the Knavesmire. Hosted and coached by Knavesmire Harriers - so plenty of other people to run with.
A 90 minute coached session based on improving technique and endurance. We have 3 lanes roughly at 6 mins/400m, 7 mins/400m and 8 mins/400m. Bring your toys (fins and paddles) to get the most out of the session.
This is a popular session so if you cannot make it please sign out ASAP and post on the club swim group Facebook page.
Triathlon specific spin session to build strength over the winter - a mix of delivered sessions and Sufferfest Sessions.

A very popular session so only sign up if you are definitely going to attend. If you have to sign out then do so in plenty of time as there is a waiting list in operation.£4 PAYABLE BEFORE SESSION START - CHANGE PREFERABLE.
A weekly coached technique session. Please ensure you sign up as over the Summer we reduce our lane usage, so if you are not signed in to the session then there may not be space for you to swim if you turn up to the session.
Meet in reception 7:45pm, pay the session fee to the coach who will mark you off the attendee list. If you are not signed up you will need to wait until the signed up attendees have completed signing in, to see if there is space available for you to swim.
Once allowed through to the changing area get changed (you'll need a £1 coin for the lockers) and meet poolside for the pre-swim briefing.
If it is your first time please let the coach know who will be able to explain the session to you and help you to decide which lane would best suit your ability. The session follows a specific set, but if you need to take a break then thats absolutely fine - take a rest as you need it, and its always good to take a bottle of water poolside with you. Swimming is thirsty work!
A brief Annual General Meeting starting 7:30pm for approximately 30 minutes.Followed after a short break by the Annual Club Championship Awards Presentations.Followed by a Social Evening, heading in to York for extended celebrations.All welcome. Tickets £2 per head - please pay online when signing up. You will receive your first drink free and we will be laying on food. Sticking with last years selection of Jacket Potato with Chilli and a Veggie Option.A great opportunity to meet other members and catch up with friends, and a great way to end the season.
