EPOS

"Which EPOS systems do you integrate with?"

We currently integrate with the following access control providers:

"What if our EPOS system isn't included in the list above?"

The best thing to do is to CONTACT US, and we will see if we can integrate your system with myClubhouse. If there is an API, it should be possible.

"How does my EPOS system stay up to date?"

The integration synchronises member data across from myClubhouse to the chosen system, mostly in real time:

  • When a new person registers, they are automatically added to the integrated EPOS system's' customer database.
  • When a member changes their profile data (phone numbers etc.), this is automatically updated on the integrated EPOS system.
  • When a person’s membership status changes, this is mapped across to particular customer tiers in the integrated EPOS system. You define the customer tiers in the integrated EPOS system that map to “member”, “non-member”, or other subset of users in myClubhouse.
  • If you are using RFID cards, the card numbers can be entered into myClubhouse and sync’ed across to the integrated EPOS system.

"Can members pre-pay for things online?"

The Epos Now integration monitors and maintains the Epos Now balance. Epos Now can maintain a balance against each customer. This is visible on a person’s profile page in myClubhouse and they can also use a Stripe payment method in myClubhouse to top up their balance.

"Can members pay for their membership in person?"

Members can pay for myClubhouse purchases (e.g. membership subscription, event sign-ups, shop purchases etc.), in part or in full, using their Epos Now balance.
