"Can we keep track of our members' firearms?"

Of course you can! This is the primary purpose of the Firearms module. You can import an existing list of your members' guns from a csv or Excel file, or add them individually from your site. All the information for each firearm is collected, including the type, manufacturer, calibre and serial number. You can also set an owner to each firearm, or track them as club owned.

"How can we keep track of members' shooting?"

Shooting records are held for each member. They can be for sessions at your club's range or an external venue. Each record holds the distance, the number of rounds shot, and the type of shoot. There is also a notes section for any extra comments or information for the record.

"Can we email all Members who own a pistol?"

Both firearm and shooting record fields are available as criteria when creating Member Lists. This allows you to create Member Lists based on these fields to either contact them by email, give them certain entitlements, or to give them access to certain CMS pages or documents.
