The Firearms Add-on Module allows you to track your members' guns. Each gun can be selected by their owner when they sign up for an Event. You can also create Member Lists based on who has which types of guns to contact specific groups or grant access to certain pages or Forms.

The Bookings Add-on Module allows users to reserve time on the range. You can charge members and non-members different amounts. You can block out times for club sessions and make bulk bookings for coaching courses. Admins can book further ahead than normal members which allows for pre planning for things like matches or tournaments. You can have booking rules to restrict different usages and times to different subsets of your members. For example, your off-peak members could only book during the week. Booking start times can also be staggered by stacking multiple time slots together, such as 30-minute slots being combined to make 90-minute bookings. You can even have separate booking systems so that if you have a function room or space that you hire out, the bookings can be monitored online.

We debated moving to save some money, we looked at various options including TeamApp. We also looked at Clubspark which is included in our British Triathlon affiliation fee but found it to be too clunky, lacking functionality and a poor substitute for what we were already using with myClubhouse. The technical support was massively lacking when we asked for help and found it awkward and unintuitive to use. I don't think anyone on our committee will dare mention trying it again!
Would definitely recommend myClubhouse to others wanting a decent all round management system for their club. It's worth the investment!
