You can have different booking windows for different options, allowing you to give priority booking to members over non-members. This allows you to keep all sign-ups of a large-scale Event in one place, to make managing it easier. Add a Form to the sign up to gather emergency contact details and medical information. You can even take attendance on the day online too, to make sure everyone is accounted for.
The Competitions Add-on Module facilitates Ladders, Points Leagues, and Knockout draws, all of which are perfect for some friendly competition in your triathlon club. Members can enter their own results, and members can view the results online which replaces the days of having to check the paper copy on the club noticeboard!
We debated moving to save some money, we looked at various options including TeamApp. We also looked at Clubspark which is included in our British Triathlon affiliation fee but found it to be too clunky, lacking functionality and a poor substitute for what we were already using with myClubhouse. The technical support was massively lacking when we asked for help and found it awkward and unintuitive to use. I don't think anyone on our committee will dare mention trying it again!
Would definitely recommend myClubhouse to others wanting a decent all round management system for their club. It's worth the investment!
MyClubhouse has helped our club massively through lockdown, it has provided all of our members simple easy online renewals and has also offered them a level of reassurance with the covid questionnaire we add to each sign up session. I would highly recommend.
