Register horses on the system and link them to riders. Upload ride results and calculate awards based on points, distance, speed etc.
"How do we gather information about our members' horses?"
Horses can be registered in the same Registration Wizard with new members. Horses get their own profile page so you can see their details, including their riders, Forms, and Documents.
"Can we charge extra for members with a horse?"
Just like with human members, you can have Membership Categories for horses. This allows you to charge the member for each horse they have, as well as offer discounts for multiple horses.
"Can we keep track of how our members perform in Riding Events?"
Yes! You can record all the results from any riding event, including distance, time, points, and penalties. This can be done either by entering them into the site, or importing them from a spreadsheet.
"How do we work out our best riders to give them an award at the end of the year?"
Ride Awards allow you to calculate the best performing riders or horses, using one of a selection of the data entered for the Ride Results.
"Can we make sure members have a horse for our riding event?"
Horses can be an optional or required part of an Event sign up. This means that members will have to select which of their horses they will be riding for an Event from those in their stable on the system.
