The myClubhouse Teams Module is perfect for Cricket. Players can set their availability for match dates in advance and then the team can be picked based on who is available. Team selection can be done at a team level, by ca captain and/or manager, or centrally by a selection committee. Emails are sent at different stages to make sure both players and managers/ captains know what is going on. Players can be loaned out to other teams for individual fixtures if you have more than one team playing on the same day.
The Bookings Add-on Module allows users to reserve nets, pitches, even coaches. You can charge members and non-members different amounts. You can block out times for club sessions and make bulk bookings for coaching courses. Admins can book further ahead than normal members which allows for pre planning for things like matches or tournaments. You can have booking rules to restrict different usages and times to different subsets of your members. For example, your off-peak members could only book during the week. Booking start times can also be staggered by stacking multiple time slots together, such as 30-minute slots being combined to make 90-minute bookings. You can even have separate booking systems so that if you have a function room or space that you hire out, the bookings can be monitored online.
myClubhouse Events Calendar to the rescue! Members and non-members can sign up to Events themselves. Set an attendee limit so that if a session becomes oversubscribed, any further sign ups get placed on a waiting list. If someone withdraws from the Event, their place will automatically be offered to the person at the top of the waiting list.
For dealing with non-members signing up to your events, you can use pricing structures to charge them a different amount to members, such as to include a guest fee. You can also use pricing structures to open bookings to members earlier than non-members by setting different booking windows for different cost options.
You can also have a guest registration wizard so that users can sign up to events but with only completing a limited registration wizard, rather than the full one if applying for membership. This also allows you to collect important information, including emergency contact details and medical information.
The coach organasing the holiday camps can also have their own payment methods, plans, and schemes so the treasurer doesn't have to keep getting involved to send the sign up fees from the club account to the coach. Discounts can even be created for multiple sign-ups such as for sibling discounts.

We use MyClubhouse at Normandy CC extensively for our membership management (around 400 seniors and colts) and our senior team selection process. The membership management process has given us complete transparency over who has or has not paid membership. Since migrating to myClubhouse for membership management two years ago we have had 100% of memberships collected by March 30th. For a number of years now we have used the MyClubhouse team selection process. This allows all players to confirm their availability prior to a selection deadline and for the selection committee to have a clear picture of who is available across all 5 teams. Through the selection tool we can allocate umpires, scorers and notify players of match details. myClubhouse sends out reminders for those who have not notified their availability. Members who do not pay are not available for selection and this complete transparency between memberships and the ability to play is why we have seen such an improvement in the timely take up of memberships. We've always found the MyClubhouse team to be responsive to our issues and receptive to enhancements.
