"Can I sign up for Events?"

Yes, you can! Simply browse the Events Calendar, which is pre-filtered using Event Streams. Here you can view the event description, cost, and see who else has signed up. Additionally, you can sign up yourself or other members of your family group.

"Can I take the register for my Event in the app?"

As an event organiser, you can mark attendees as present or absent by clicking on the corresponding event. You can also record when they depart, and this information is stored in myClubhouse for future reference, similar to taking attendance through the website.

By clicking on an attendee's profile, you can quickly access important attributes such as emergency contact and medical information.

"Can I see my Bookings?"

If you have the Booking Systems Add-On module, you can find your Bookings in the Today View section of the app. Simply tap on the Booking to view the specific details. When you are within 100 meters and 30 minutes of your Booking, you or any of the attendees can use the "Check In" feature. This ensures that the administrators know that you have attended the Booking.

On the Today page, in addition to Bookings, you can also view the Events you are attending or organising, as well as the fixtures that you are managing or playing in. By tapping on any of these items, you can get more details and be taken to the appropriate page.

"Can I find other members?"

Yes, if you have permission, you can search through the Member Directory to find other members and their shared contact information, with the same Entitlements as you have on your myClubhouse site. This means administrators can see normally hidden contact details, while ordinary members cannot.

"Can I pay for my myClubhouse purchases?"

You can pay for anything in your myClubhouse basket with Stripe or refund credits. If you have the Tokens Add-On module, you can also use Tokens to pay for items in your basket.

"Can I see my membership card?"

All of your current membership cards are available to view in the app with the expiry dates clearly shown.

"What if I belong to more than one club with a myClubhouse site?"

No need to worry! You can easily switch accounts within or between clubs. The app even remembers recent activity for a seamless transition.

"Can I change the design?"

You can set the logo and splash image, as well as the main branding color, from General Club Settings on the website.
