Tokens
Tokens can be used to make purchases throughout the site as part of a pre-paid cashless system, or as a reward scheme.
"We want our club to be cashless, but we mainly take small payments, so we're worried about online transaction fees."
Alongside online payments, Tokens can be used to establish a pre-payment system for your members. Tokens can be bulk-purchased, saving on online transaction fees, as most transactions incur a fixed fee in addition to a percentage. Once purchased, Tokens can be spent on Event sign-ups or Shop items. Alternatively, Tokens can be assigned a monetary value and be used to offset the cost of any item in the basket.
Tokens can be added to a member's account through their profile page or via the myClubhouse mobile app. Members have the option to use their saved credit or debit cards for payment, or they can add a new card. Top-ups can be configured with a minimum, a maximum, and a daily maximum. Additionally, they can be sold in groups of units, if you want to apply a discount for purchasing larger quantities.

"Can we give free sessions to our volunteers?"
Tokens are a great way to reward volunteers for their hard work. The Tokens can be automatically awarded with a Subscription purchase or an Event sign-up and then used by the member for Event sign-ups or other purchases.
"Do we have to call them Tokens?"
No, Tokens can be renamed to whatever you like such as points, coins, hearts, or anything else you can think of!
"How do I know how many Tokens I have?"
Each user has their Token balance included in the menu bar when they sign in to the site. Admins also have access to a list of all Token transactions and can make ad-hoc adjustments to an individual's Token balance.
"Do Tokens expire?"
This is up to you. Tokens can be set to have an expiry date, or can be set to last forever. You can also control if members can have a Token overdraft.
