myClubhouse Mobile App Launch

After lots of beta testing, the myClubhouse mobile app has launched on Apple and Android. The myClubhouse app puts the most useful aspects of your myClubhouse experience at your fingertips on the go.

The app is included in the core package of myClubhouse, so is available to everyone. Personalised branding is available. Contact us for more information.

At the time of launch, the app includes the following features:

• Today View – Gives you a view of what’s on today for you (you can also scroll forward and backwards in time). Includes:
• Events that you have signed up to
• Events that you are organising. Click on the item and you get:
  • List of all attendees, their selected options, completed forms, etc.
  • Ability to record attendance, absence, and record receipt of payment on site.
  • Ability to view all details of an attendee, if you have permission. Click on the attendee to view.
• Match fixtures for which you have been selected. Includes all fixture details and team sheet.
• Match fixtures where you are a manager. Click on the item and you get:
  • List of all players.
  • Ability to view all details of a player, if you have permission. Click on player to view.
• Bookings that you have made or on which you are listed as an attendee. Click on the item and you get:
  • Ability to check in (if you are physically near the booked asset location, and within 30 minutes of the time of the booking), recording attendance against the booking. Any listed attendee on the booking can check in.
• Duties that you have been assigned
• Membership Cards – Shows all of your current active membership cards. Swipe left/right to move between.
• Events – Browse and sign up to events. Events are divided into streams which can be defined on the website.
• Member Directory – If you have permission, browse the member directory and view all profile details of any member.
• Cart – Pay for items that can be paid for by Stripe, Tokens, EposNow credit or refund credits.
