5.17 "Hedwig" Release - May 2022

The major new features and notable improvements of the next version to myClubhouse are listed below. As with all releases, this one includes a number of other small enhancements and bug fixes.

• Firearms Module: The headline feature for this release is the new Firearms module. This module allows you to keep track of your members' firearms. Each gun can be selected by their owner when they sign up for an Event. You can also create Member Lists based on who has which types of guns to contact specific groups or grant access to certain pages or Forms. You can also record results from shoots to track the progress of your members.
• Event Organisers Improvements: Event organsiers have been improved. Rather than just having an organiser and an optional second organiser, you can have an unlimited number of organsiers with their own titles. This means you can have organsiers, coahces, helpers, referees, or any other combination of terms all in the same Event. Each organiser can also have different permissions for the Event, including receiving notification emails of sign ups, being able to cancel or delete the Event, view or manage all of the attendees of the Event.
